Mirai - Sky+ Remote setup

I believe the sky+ code for my Mirai DTL-632V200 is 981, but im not entirely sure how to set this up. I know you have to press a sequence of buttons, but no idea which ones :confused:

Basically i would just like to be able to turn the TV off, and change volume, using the sky remote. Cheers!
