Hi Guys,
Got a bit of an issue with my N40L. Issue is happening cross OS, originally it was running Ubuntu Server 12.04 LTS but now i'm testing with Server 2012 R2 Standard Eval. If you look at the screenshot below:

I've got 4 3TB drives in a Storage Pool with a mirrored volume of 4TB. When I was running Linux I had an mdadm RAID 5 array with LVM on top.
The screenshot was taken while I was deploying a Linux VM, but the same thing happens while running something like Plex. If I copy files from an external drive to a volume it does the same thing, it will start copying at something like 150MB/s then just start locking up every couple of seconds and transfer speed bounces up and down, much like the screenshot.
Looking on various forums there are a few people with similar issues but its mostly related to moving data over NFS. Just wondered if anyone else had similar issues. I'm currently running the modded BIOS which I am thinking could be the cause of the issues.
What are peoples thoughts?
B
