Miscrosoft Word - chapter skip?

Hey all,

I have a huge Word document and would like to know if you can 'skip' to chapters. Basically, at the start of the doc is a chapter page, can i use these as types of hyperlink to be able to click on them and then the doc will skip to that relevant chapter?

Make sense?!

Absolutely. You have to tag the relevant sections, then build the Table of Content based on that. It is extremely simple:

Don't let that page overcomplicate things. It is as simple as highlighting the chapter title, selecting one of the "Header" attributes for it. Then go to where you want the Table of Contents and select References and click the Table of Contents button.

ha! I am a biff - i could not get that to work. I am using Word 2002, is this any different?
