Just been out to do some shopping and the latest edition of Men's Health magazine caught my eye with a statement to the effect of "Arms like these in 4 weeks." Suffice it to say that the guys arms were borderng on 17.5 inches and the so called routine for aquiring them-extremely laughable . I mean WTF-how can they get away with making statements like the above? The examples given are on their front cover page.
