I have been stability testing an X2 4400+ at 3GHz. For games, 3dmark06 and general use my system seems 100% stable. With prime95 my second core is stable for hours but my first core gets errors after about 20mins. The first core also seems to read a few degrees hotter than the second core. I'm thinking about reseating the heatsink in the hope of getting more even heat dissipation.
Has anyone had any experience and/or success with doing this?
