What do i do now do i phone them and ask them to redeliver
or do i contact ocuk and politely ask if they can reschedule the delivery.

If its the first time they have called round with that order then they will try 2 (?) more attempts beforeyou have to call them and collect IIRC

Oh because it says on the card they left that they will only attempt delivery if
the vendor instructs them to or i must collect it.
Ok i guess they will automatically attempt tommorow?

Most likely but I would call up citylink with your tracking number to let them know.

they usually try once more tomorrow unless you ring them and ask for a different day

I don't think they re-attempt unless instructed by the shop, you will probably have to collect it, I normally have to. Call citylink to check.

I guess i'll eventually just get my money back then if they won't redeliver.
I'm usually good with delivery but overslept until 10:30 they caled at 10:15 lol.

If i miss them, I ring them and say I didn't get to the door in time, or that the doorbell didn't ring and they usually come back in a few hours, or around 5-6.

I miss that van nearly everytime it comes...

You should get a little card where it tells you where to pick it up from - don't make the mistake of going earlier than what it says on the card though... they dont let you in

Should've just had it sent by Royal Mail. We would have left it in your wheely bin (for your convenience obviously)... 'Doorstepping' forever!
