Missing activation code

Just got Half Life 2: Game of the year edition and the activation code is missing. All I can do is ring the online retailer I got it from and hope to get one if not then have to try to plead my case to valve. I doubt either of them will give me one, porbably think I'm trying to get another one for someone else. Can see this being a time wasting matter to get resolved.

Yea I just had to send it back which is annoying as they screw up and I have to pay for it.

To Be fair its not the retailers fault, but whoever made the disks.
I do feel for ya though, shoulda just bought it off steam

I was going to but where I got it from was cheaper than getting them all off steam.
