Missing DLL's

I have installed Vista Ultimate over 4 times in the last month & after it's been running for a couple of days, generally trouble free, I do a Re-start & it comes up with error messages saying ****DLL fils is missing. E.g C\Windows32\Bdpcoucf.Dll, is missing today.
It's the first time that particular Dll has gone missing, the others I forget just now.

I Reinstalled On Friday last week & it's losing DLL files already.

Any ideas as to why, how I can stop it & if I can replace them.

Hi - I have no clue what the dll is for. It just comes up with the error after a Re-start.
