Recently i was expecting email from CISCO with my login info to their netacad site but this never came, i just expected it was late but after contacting my tutor twice by email (first email i got no reponse from) it turns out that CISCO had already sent out the emails, and that my tutor did send a response to my first email.
This leads me to think that for some reason googlemail did not recieve these emails for some unknown reason. But what could be the problem? I can obvisouly recieve emails from my tutor as his 2nd email (and earlier emails) all came through fine. With the cisco email i thought it may have been classed as spam (due to spam often spoofing their address as big companies), but the spam folder is empty.
If there was an issue with the googlemail servers then my tutor would have got a automated error from postmaster when he sent his first reponse to my question but he didnt, so why are these emails missing? what could be the cause?
