Missing iTunes purchases from my library

I downloaded a Killers track and its not showing in my library.
I tried to download it again and a message pops up confirming I have indeed already purchased it.

The online help suggests clicking on 'Store' then 'Check for purchases'. I do exactly that to discover all purchases have been downloaded.

Anyone else had this before?

You will have to email apple asking them if they will let you re-download it.
