Missing P45 form

Hey all

I'm starting a new job on wednesday, and problem is that I don't have a p45 from my last job. They don't have it, I don't have it...and my new boss wants it.

What options have I got? :confused:

Fill in a P46 when you get to your new job. They should have them available.

it's not important really, there's another form you can fill out instead. ignore your boss, go speak to finance.

Hope it doesn't take too long...it's tough paying a mortgage when your income is £0 per month lol.

Another thing - the salary they've quoted - does that usually include the London weighting? It's for the Home Office by the way.

umm, until they have it they should just pay you using emergency tax code...
