Missing parts in NZXT Phantom?

Hi all,

I received my new rig today and I think there are parts missing with my NZXT Phantom Enthusiast

Should there be screws for the motherboard and spacers for the motherboard with the case. I literally received the case in the box with nothing else

I raised a ticket with NZXT and OC support

I let both companies know that I found the parts.

Lads, I will post some pics over the weekend. I need to get a new PSU as my current one is old and hasn't got the latest connections/enough of them. So the cable management is all over the place at the moment.

How easy is it to mount a double radiator in the top of the case?
Is there plenty of room and does it look like it'll be secure enough below the 200mm fans?

The instructions pdf isn't very clear and figured it'd be easy enough for you to have a look.

I'll also post pics of my build hopefully early/mid next week, just waiting on delivery.

NZXT are amazing!! There customer support is 1st class. I emailed them asking if it would be possible to buy a 120mm & 200mm fan from them as well as a 140mm dust filter and some extra rubber grommets and they emailed me back stating they do not charge there customers for extra parts while in the warranty period

So they are sending me all this for free

cant believe it, saved me a few quid for sure what a great service they provide, im sure Seany if you lose your box of screws again

they will send you some more, if it makes you feel better i did the same as you nice little hiding place that was tho under the hd bay

Were your fans broken or were you just after extra?
Might see if I can do the same, what exactly did you say to them.

The case is specced to take a 240mm watercooling radiator below the 200mm fans so I was just wondering how sturdy it looked. The instruction sheet lists how to do it but it doesn't look overly secure IMHO.

Should be getting my Phantom this afternoon at some point! Can't wait.
