I would download a newer version of 3DMark than 2001 edition its hardly going to test a modern card such as yours to its full capacity. Its still free try and get the 06 version then run it again

Is there a utill available for download that will display current specs?

gpu caps viewer only shows as 16 pp but thats 2d speeds I think.

Is there a utill that will show all 3d speeds?

I'd just like to point out that 16 Pixel Pipelines is Correct. Your graphics card has 16 pixel pipelines and 3 Pixel Shaders per Pipeline. 16*3 = 48 Pixel Shaders.
