is there a pack to download to get all missing player picks ?

Don't think there is an all-in-one pack yet. They are normally done for each country or perhaps a continent wide system.

Try sortitoutsi.net and fmgraphics.co.uk for player pics. You might want to check out the FM07 thread for more info on the graphics.
