I pre-ordered MOH ltd Edition from steam and did not receive my guns/ camo and probably(why I bought the game in the first place!!!) my early BF 3 Beta access.
I contacted steam about it and they told me to contact EA about the problem.
Here is my chat conversation with the EA guy called Pierce:

I have contacted steam about this, told them I am not happy and unless they sort it out I want a refund (but I won't hold my breath there).
It is 2.30 in the morning, I have got work at 9 am and seriously pi***d off.
Anybody know whether steam or Ea is responsible and since I bought the game off of steam, and whether they should be giving me a refund?
