Mission Control Being Jumpy and Laggy

Hey, a couple of months ago I bought a brand new MacBook pro running snow leopard. I then boot camped it and a few weeks later upgraded to Lion. The laptop has been running fine until randomly Mission control started jumping, I cant see it being a problem of the laptop not having enough power as its 2.2Ghz Quad Core with 8Gb of RAM and have had no luck so far trying to fix it, can anyone help?

Lol I went to watch this video and just when I thought I might notice what you were talking about it ended and auto played your "dubstep orchestra" video - very good btw.
