I've got a nice pair of Mission speakers that are currently redundant! I've been thinking that it would be pretty cool to hook them up to my PC in place of my current Logitech 2.1 set up. Problem is that i just don't know if it is possible to or how to connect them?

I appreciate that you say i need a dedicated amp but what is confusing me is that i've just connected the midi system to my laptop, headphone L/O 1 from the laptop to AUX in L & R on the midi. Unexpectedly, my Mission speakers burst into life! I can't get my head around why it works with like this with the laptop and doesn't with a supposedly more functional PC?
