I went out saturday night and ended up being invited on a mistry tour for someones 25th yesterday.

so i get up sunday feeling rough, and then hit the pub again at 11am. started off with a boat race (not good when you hungover already) then had a different game in every pub.

this went on untill 10pm last night so obviously we where a tad drunk.

just wondered if anyone has place the "stick game" before? basically you down a pint, run to the broom handle stick, put it on your forehead run around it 10 times and then run back to your team.

crazy games just wondered if anyone else had played that before, as i had never heard of it
 
I never got the point of drinking games - I like the concepts of some of them because they sound funny (like the Family Guy season 2 drinking game where you drink every time there's a flashback) but I just like drinking socially with my mates. Most drinking games (especially the one you detailed) would probably just make me sick

see, I think I'm fairly self-destructive at times but that just seems silly to me. Maybe I'm getting old :/

You and me both.

I got drunk for the first time in ages last night. I'm still fairly tipsy now, but I did drink a lot (some wine & an entire bottle of Sherry :(). I just prefer to have the odd beer (I seldom drink) with friends at the boatclub.

yeah, I have. They play it on the football club pub crawls sometimes. It's hard enough without alcohol but when you play it after quite a few pints it's hard just to get round the stick that many times let alone get back to where you started from!
