Mitsumi FA 404M floppy drive - what comes with it?

Going to buy one of these floppy/card reader drives, but can someone tell me if it comes with a floppy cable and USB cable, or if I must buy these separately?

I'm pretty sure it just comes with a fixed USB header connector attached so you can plug it into a USB header on your motherboard.
