mITX build for the Mrs

Hi

Putting together a mITX build for the Mrs. Will mostly be used for YouTube, photo sorting and web browsing. Integrated graphics will be fine. I have the case and PSU so those are not needed. No preference for AMD or Intel, whatever gives the best performance. Requirements below

• No PSU, case, OS or mouse/keyboard needed as I already have these.
• Integrated graphics and audio is ok
• Bluetooth and WiFi on motherboard if possible
• Decent bang for buck 4+ core CPU
• 8gb ram will be ok
• 4gb mechanical drive for storage and 480GB SSD for Windows etc.
• 27 inch 1080p display that is good for general windows work, doesn't need to be good in games etc.

Budget is as low as possible without putting any junk components in.
