I know it might seem strange, but I'm trying to build a PC that'll fit on my AV Cabinet under the TV and I picked up a fairly reasonable Cooler Master Seideon 240mm liquid cooling kit.

But are there actually any (smallish) mITX cases that it'll fit in? Ideally without having to lose the optical drive (as it'll be a blu-ray player as well)

Parvum is too expensive for me and not keen on Acrylic for that sort of cash.

Assuming you can take the handles off the prodigy, then it doesn't look too bad, though I would prefer front power/usb ports and I'm pretty certain you can't have an optical drive if you install a 240mm radiator, which is a problem.

It sounds like what i'm after doesn't really exist at the moment, but there's probably things in the pipeline.

Sounds like the Ncase M1 may suit you: http://www.indiegogo.com/projects/ncase-m1-prototype-a-mini-itx-case

Though its only a prototype and not sure when/if it will be sold.

You would need a SFX PSU too..

Traditional tower Wise the PS07 would work: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-214-SV&groupid=2362&catid=1092
