Slim HTPC case with full height card support

Looking for a small case for a miniITX build but need to be able to install a full height graphics card. The Silverstone FT03 mini is one option but remember seeing an even smaller case that would take a full height PCI-e card horizontaly with an adapter. Has anyone seen this or has any other suggestions? The PSU will also have to be 350W+.

HTPC style cases in m-ITX able to take full height graphics cards are pretty much non-existant, as you've seen (Wesena E5 is M-atx)

It's either cube cases or move up to M-atx
Silverstones cases with the GD prefix are M-atx (GD05 for example), very compact and able to take full height cards.

There is no reason why a mITX case could not take a full height card horizontaly like the Wesena in order to remain slim and compact. The GD05 and similar ones take the cards vertically so they cannot be slim.

If you're wanting a HTPC case the size of other kit like AV amps and CD players then you'll pretty much find MATX and ATX are the most widely available designs.

I use a Silverstone Milo ML03. It's MATX and takes a full ATX PSU as well as low profile and one high profile PCI expansion card that is horizontally orientated. At only 10.5cm tall it's quite low profile whilst still allowing good flexibility for component choice.

It's also the perfect theatre component width and only 34cm deep.

System specs:

A6-3500 tricore APU
Gigabyte A75 matx mobo
4GB 1333MHz DDR3
Silverstone ML03 case
550w Yesico ATX PSU (Fanless design)
50GB Vertex 2 SSD
1000GB 3.5" mechanical drive
DVB-S2 and DVB-T TV cards
USB PICO WiFi Wireless N adapter

There we are /snip

Edit that competitor out before the dons give you a holiday matey, it's not allowed to link to competitotrs here.

Anyhoo, that case you linked to the mCubed HFX.
It's quite a whopper at 430mm x 380mm x 90mm.
That case takes full size ATX boards.
It also only takes their own psu's (without modding it) which start at £100+ and are quite nasty so that's £350+

As GT suggested the Silverstone Milo ML03 is hugely popular and substantially less than that nasty piece of kit.
