If I stick an AMD 7950 in my rig next to a 660ti will I get driver issues or will they play nice with one another?

It always used to be a problem but I'm pretty sure it was sorted out a few years ago. Any idea what PPD a 7950 should produce?

I have an Nvidia GTX285 and AMD 7970, I should test running both cards, I always thought this would lead to driver issues and a whole manner of bad thing.

I also use the machine for gaming I wonder how this would play out, which card would be primary?
