mixed memory sizes?

I have a mix of ocuk memory, all 3200....

Can I run a 1gb stick and 2 512 sticks?

I assume dual channel wouldnt work but would this combo be ok?

I don't know about dual-memory motherboards as I don't have one but I have been running 2 x 512 MB and 1 x 256 MB for the last few months with no problems.

I think it depends on the mobo. On my old A8V deluxe i ran 3x256MB to give 768Mb no problem.

On my new mobo you cant have 3 sticks, its either 1, 2 or 4, i think thats the same for all nforce4 mobos
