Mixing 2 audio sources to 1 output

Hi all

I want to get the audio from my PC and PS4 through my headphones at the same time. I understand it’s not wise to just run a Y splitter to directly join the two sources together as it can damage the hardware.

Could anyone recommend a mixer or a piece of kit that will let me achieve this? Seen a few mixing devices that appear to do the job be seem very expensive for what they do.

Isn't the Astro Mixamp designed to do exactly that?

A tapco Mix 50 or 60 would have been ideal, but unfortunately they are no longer made. The current equivalent would probably be a behringer XENYX 802 or similar.
