Mixing CL5 & CL4 help please.

Would we have any drawbacks for OCing ect if i mixed the ram below on my mates PC.
He has....Corsair 2GB DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 XMS2 Memory Non-ECC Unbuffered CL4 4-4-4-12.
We want to add.....Corsair 2GB DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 XMS2 CL5 5-5-5-18. As hes going 64bit & i have a the CL5 to give him.
Will the CL5 & CL4 mix cause any bother ? Thank you for any help on this.

If anything, it will either overclock to the 4-4-4-12, or it will both run at the very slightly slower 5-5-5-18. If it causes instability at 4xxxx then run it at the 5xxxx
