Currently folding on rig 1 with 2 x 8800GS.
It it possible to replace 1 with a GTS450 or is that going to cause issues?

I think you need to run GPU3 client on the remaining 8800GS or something. Possible but reduces PPD from that card.

it is possible to run differrent cards in the same system and fold on them all.
Although you may see reduced output from your 8800GS cards.
Ive currently only got one system running which runs 2x8800GTS cards the G80 versions.
there normal output is approxmate 6500ppd - 8500ppd depending on the WU's.
However when i add my 2x8800GT single slot cards in the 8800GTS cards output drop by about 50%.
Although when i was running my 8800GT's with a 9800GX2 and a GTX280 in one system they all seemed to run at 100%.
So if your 8800GS cards are the G92 versions you may have no problems but if they are G80 versions expect to see them running at a reduced PPD.

Use the command line client then you can keep all the software separate for each gpu. What you need to work out first is which gpu is gpu0 and which is gpu1 :D Use CUDAZ for that its the only thing thats accurate.

Ive got mines set up that way -gpu 0 -gpu 1 etc. But it still seemed to lower the PPD from the older 8800GTS cards by at least 40%

Either:
a: the GPU3 client robbing the GPU2 client (if you are running both GPU3 and GPU2)
Or
b: the GPU3 client running slower on the older hardware (if both running GPU3)

ignore.. thought you were running a fermi and a non-fermi in the one rig like the OP was talking about :)
