Mixing it up?

hi guys got a bit of a question. I'm looking to get my hands on some more ram, at the mo I've got g.skill (4GB ddr2) in there at the mo. Oc have now stopped selling it so I was wondering what would I be best of with to use up my other 2 slots.
It's more of a want to get some Now before they totally disappear rather then I need more ram.
Oh and anyone know if you can still get the 16gb 4stick kits oc used to do?

I'm no expert but you could try buying ram with identical voltage and timings for the other two slots, but that would be a pain in the arse if they weren't compatible

I had a stick of ddr2 die on me and it was more cost effective to upgrade the mobo and cpu and get ddr3 because I couldn't be sure if new ddr2 sticks would work with the ones I already had.

There are no 4gb sticks for sale in the ocuk memory section, and I doubt if overclockers will be ordering any, but maybe an email their way to see if they can find any for you?

Like the above id find the best i could to match what you've already got mate if not there could be troubles.

I've known people that have mixed them and had no issues but i know one or two that have had issues
