Mixing Memory amounts

Hi I have Corsair Vengance Red 1600Mhz, 8gb worth on two sticks.
If I add the same Vengance Red 1600Mhz but 16gb on two sticks will I have any problems?

I know that 24Gb is overkill but the 16gb is cheap

OK thanks 8 pack. I have cancelled them now. Will stick at 8gb for the time being.
