I've got a (slightly) re-vamped system (was an Advent T9002 but I had to replace the Mobo), its an AMD 3400+ (S754), with 512Mb PC3200, which according to CPUz, and the AMD version of CPUz, is Manufactured by Samsung.
The question I have is this:
I want to upgrade my memory to at least 1Gb, but I don't want to shell out too much, I've been looking at the 'Value' types of RAM (here and elsewhere
) but I dunno if its alright to mix the RAM??...
Can I have 1x Samsung 512Mb and 1x Value 512Mb or should I get another 1x Samsung 512Mb...
