mixing programs

hi, im looking for programs similar to that of music 2000ps1 (but for pc)

i want it to have premade backing tracks etc. and also options to import sound files, im not in the know of this sort of thing so any well known and easy to use programs would be much appreciated

Premade tracks? Importing stuff? Looks like eJay is what you're looking for. It's about as simple as you can get and I presume it's similar to Music 2001.
