mixing sticks

am i likely to run into any problems running a stick of,

1gb generic pc3200
and
1gb corsair value select pc3200

or will they run alongside eachother no probs, im not lookin to overclock

Probably not, but you can never be 100% sure :)

If you're on A64 adding the 3rd module will probably make things slower not faster, unless you're doing something that actually manages to use over 2 gigs of memory (I've not managed it yet).

As far as mixing sticks goes I doubt you'll have problems, wouldnt want to try it with the Conroe systems at the moment but still not very mature tech so will take a few bios updates to smooth out the wrinkles. S939 is very mature now so quite tolerant.
If your not planning to run ram out of spec you should be fine, your mileage if overclocking may vary :)
