MK5 Golf - Best way to use Iphone/HTC To play music in car?

Hi all,

I have a MK5 Golf GT TDi 140 (04 Plate) with the standard VW in car system, I was wondering whats the best way to be able to play music from my iphone or HTC phone in to the car with decent sound quality?

I have an iphone4 BTW

Parrot Asteroid head unit! Lovely to use and built-in maps, Bluetooth etc!

You have a double din unit?

I have the same unit as this (my climate control unit is slightly different though weirdly)

Below is the only pic I have of my actual unit, and its in the dark

I think the bottom connector on both or those links should be the right one (99% sure)
