MK6 Golf Ariel - Please help...

I am hoping someone can help me before I go insane trying to work it out... I have a MK6 Golf GTD which has an RNS510 from factory. I have an issue with my radio signal, both antennas show as off. I plugged it into VAGCOM (VCDS) and it shows a short on both antennas.

I checked the antenna cable join on C pillar and at some point the rear washer pipe must have split and let water in. The earth was corroded and there was slight corrosion in the connections for the antenna cable. I have cleaned all of these up and don't visually see any issues now. I have two signal boosters on the rear tailgate part number 5K0035552 and 5K0035552A which may be broken from some kind of short circuit, I am not sure but they are £25 each and I don't want to buy one if it's not that. I tried making my own earth to the bootlid to take out the corroded one and took it direct to one booster but this still didn't work and showed as off.

I have tried multiple VW garages to find a price on the antenna cable, but no one seems to be able to tell me what it is. Can anyone either tell me the part number, or link me to what I need to buy on the internet? I would prefer though to just get the right part from VW.

The connector seen here, looks to use the same kind of thing as the VW one (Ignore the white plastic parts as I will re use the VW one but I need to find the right metal part so the clips work)

I'm surprised as to VW garages not being able to find you the correct part number. My local have always taken either the REG or VIN and plugged it into ETKA to give me part numbers. Do you know anyone with a copy of ETKA?

Trust me details if you want me to try my local dealer for a part number.

I have a leaking rear washer on my Mk6 too and it's taken out my AM antenna .

Most likely leak point is in the c-pillar then, not under the bootlid trim?

I've tried 3, none can find the part number though even when I was looking at the screen with them. I don't know anyone with a copy I don't think

It will be yes, or it split in between the rubber link from car to boot lid but leaks back in down the pipe and drips into c pillar connectors
