ML115 G5 New Bios + Noisey FAN

Hi Guys,

Just put the latest BIOS on my ML110 G5 and now the fan spins at full speed constantly, I've gone through all the old BIOS releases back to the original in 2007 but the Fan is still running constantly at full speed!!

Not sure what else to try any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else?
