I'm not sure, but have you checked the forum index? The Members' Market should appear between Distributed Computing and OcUK Matters.

I need to activate trust in the user CP, And i cant see anythign about trust there (A)

This is either found in your UserCP, or you can press the trust button that appears at the bottom of all your posts.
