i cant remember the current criteria but you need a minimum post count and being a member here for a certain amount of time before you get access

I'm guessing it serves at least two reasons - to avoid spamming solely intended to increase the post count, and to engender a sense of "I worked hard for this" before being allowed to buy and sell on the MM. Otherwise crooks could scam, get banned, and sign up under a different name, spam loads in a short space of time, and use the MM again to scam within days. Although it could be a different reason altogether for all I know.
 
I would say that's fair but will take me well over a year to hit 1000! Haha. Fully understand why mind!

However, good perk for true members and another good service accolade of ocuk!

Really starting to like these forums, best check out the game section to see if we play anything together have own servers etc!

Sorry for a stupid question btw!
