I LOVE Swede! Anyone else with me? 
It's like orange mashed potatoes and I love mash which would account for my swede taste. There were halves going for 17p at tesco on their sell-by date so I thought, might as well. Takes two hands to slice and dice these things, they're solid as a rock, but it's worth it. Knob of butter and a bit of salt,.. perfect. Boiled potatoes, small drizzle of melted butter over them and grilled chicken. Burnt skin but who cares, lol. Lovely. That's what I'm eating right now btw.
