Hello...

Looking for another MMO.... I have played World of Warcraft for number of years and guild wars, Forsake World.... What other ones do people play? Does not have to be free but free would be better as i am a student ;)

Has Wildstar managed to survive the transition to free to play then?

I'm 'kinda' back trying SWTOR again at the moment (stopped playing a few months after launch), the character stories are good but I'm find the gameplay still feels a bit lacking.

disclaimer: I could now be past my tolerance for mmorpg's...

I'm currently enjoying getting back into EVE Online.

I do that every 6 months, then after a month I am completely bored again.

There's a few of us currently playing SWTOR, thread on here. Free to play as well but has restrictions.

Star Wars Old Republic; great stories; but things are limited in free to play. I'm waiting for the new expansion at the end of Oct; which is free for those that sub
Elder Scrolls Online - buy the base game; and free to play after that; they have released a couple dlcs; which you don't need to enjoy the game. I'm having a blast *again if you sub you get the dlcs for free*
Secret World; awesome; awesome game.......very different...
Wildstar......I've fired up once and not sure need to play more; its different but not felt the hook of it.
Skyforge.....I like the game just not finding myself playing it; but its free to play and has some fun in it.
There are some others like Champion's Online.
GW2 was fun to play; stories were cool; but total cluster %"£% when fighting bosses....

Star Wars Galaxies Emu if you like the IP or want a sandbox game - good community for the most part and it has a pretty steep learning curve (especially crafting.)

I was a huge fan and has a master animal tamer wookie on the game, never really left Tatooine though. Didn't need to it was a huge game.

Playing SWTOR now and it completely lacks the size of the SWG, never mind the atmosphere and limited skill tree system. Crafting leaves a lot to be desired too when compared to the original.

Last time I played the Emu it was a mess, basics where there but animals wouldn't attack, skills weren't working properly etc. :(

Check the Emu out now - there are still bugs but pretty much everything is there now apart from Jump to Lightspeed and Jedi. Creature Handler (still some issues with using pets I think) and Bio engineer work now, Droid Engineer is fully working now as of last publish.
