MMORPG's - how to quit?

I'm addicted to World of Warcraft. I just can't stop playing it, or thinking about it while at work, or while lying in bed.

I'm a rational human being, so why is this happening to me? I'm a creative person with hopes and ambitions, but I spend all my free time playing a stupid game.

Help.

And yep, when you hit 60 the fun diminishes - it becomes 'all about raiding' which is tedious and more like a job than grinding levels is.

Perhaps a life in a welsh mountain cave would be good. I could get a big stick. And a pet bear. And cook lean wolf steaks ARRRGHHHH NOOOOOooooo
