Someone bought some 2nd hand Airpods off me for £30.

I described them and pictured them exactly as they are - used with slight damage but working and battery in right airpod lasts around 1hr 30 minutes on half volume. Left is better at maybe 2 hours.
The buyer replied to me 5 days after receiving them

they got problems with batterie’s cause after 20 min using the right side stop working
And of course Siri doesn’t connect with air pod’s
I don’t think they are geniune or something is going wrong with them

I tested them the day they were sold and held a charge for over and hour and a half. I also added picture of the charge and connection. Yes, they are genuine Apple Airpods
She has not replied for a few days after I said the following

I never had any problems with connectivity and battery lasted over an hour. The right was slightly less than the left as described on the listing. Siri also worked fine.
Are you running the latest version of iOS on the device?
I’m on ios 15.4.1 on an iPhone 13 mini

What can i say, they worked perfect as described and shown in the photos which were taken on the day I listed them on eBay.
Please return them and i’ll refund if you are not happy with them.

Sounds like she's trying to pull a fast one to get a refund after using them for as long as possible. Some people on eBay are total scumbags. Are well, they're only £30 but that's not really the point

Luckily i've since purchased items on eBay that have been excellent and from great sellers and sold things to buyers too. I guess there's always going a few idiots who expect brand new full battery airpods for £30. Next time i'll sell something like this as parts but but in the description they're working - opinions on doing this welcome

Vast majority of forum opinions suggest Ebay sides with the buyer. That made me a bit wary to sell an rtx 3060 gpu on ebay.
I advertised it on ebay anyway. It was buy it now £450 (which is what it cost me from Overclockers) or best offer.
I got an immediate buyer at full price. No quibble. No fuss. Paid for with paypal straight away. Guess what? Zero feedback ebayer. They had joined ebay that very same day.

I messaged the buyer suggesting this was a bit too easy. The buyer replied with a dozen reasons why they paid full price, first purchase of anything at all on Ebay and even provided me with (dubious) evidence of reliability as a purchaser on other auction websites.
I cancelled the sale. Buyer got a refund. No way was I going to get accused of sending a pile of rocks weighing the same as a graphics card or some such nonsense.
Ebay would have taken the buyers side. Call me a cynic but.....
