Mobile and web app delivery and collection note system

Hi all,

Looking to improve on our processes for our small business and I'm looking for an app or software package of which can help smooth out our delivery and collections of our rented assets.

Without getting too in depth we are a hire company of plant machinery for a very niche industry.

We want to be able to log the following information on delivery of a machine via a mobile app, preferably accessible via cloud for multiple users:

Delivery:
Job Number
Machine unique name
Customer name
Date

And then capture the same information on collection but along with ability to log fuel use and photograph any damage at point of collection to generate a pdf document or similar the customer can sign at point of collection.

The system needs to be simple that a driver can do this from a mobile phone, and needs to be accessible via desktop computer in order to then match to our booking process for billing back damages or consumables etc.

Does anyone have any real work experience with something that's suitable? Or can point me in the direction or somewhere to start.

I came across go canvas which allows mobile webforms to be created but I'm not sure it's entirely perfect for what we need in terms of multiple users etc.

Look at power apps quite powerful for this kind of data entry. Can also use various backends. Designed for mobile/tablet but also can work with desktop.

Various licencing options as well. We have a couple of apps running in an environment with 25 concurrent users which works for us.

Ill take a look, im not a developer, but i do know what we need, and its simple in principle, so hoping this can help in some way.
