Mobile graphics - Benchmarks? Latest GFX?

Last time i was "in the scene"...9700s and 6800s were ruling. So what is happening now? I've browsed around a bit and found the Dell's 8600 but also a Toshiba 8700 with Turbocache?

Can anyone link me to a benchmark page dedicated to mobile graphics?

I believe the top of the range in terms of speed is still the 7950gtx (i think thats what its called in gfx mode, its pretty much a 7950gt iirc) the 8 series have DX10 but are pretty slow.

You can also get the 7950s in sli in some laptops.

Its covered in custom pc this month if you fancy a read.

I did see a table of loads of laptop cards tested. The 7950 GTX got arround 5500 in 3dmark 06, the 7900 GS got arround 3300 and the 8600M GT got about 3500.
