sweet, brother in law offered me his 'old' work laptop for a fair bit less than i can find it anywhere online, since they gave him a replacement (samsung) it is almost brand new and the model is Acer Aspire Gemstone 6930G (or something along those lines), Core 2 Duo 2Ghz (either T7350 or T6400), 4Gb DDR2 memory, 16" screen, 250Gb Hard Disk (i think) and either 9600M GT or 9600M GS, unsure which and will check when he comes back from Barrow with GPU-Z, are these anygood and worth couple hundred £s?

Definitely the 9600M GT, mines a HP one too with a T9400 2.53ghz. Only complaint is that the cooling isnt that good, it gets loud and pretty hot at times, highest i seen is 85c when i was playing WAR on nearly med/high out settings.
