Mobile Me --> iCloud

Sorry if this has been posted, and i have tried to problem solve this on my own, but i've not got very far...

i've changed from mobile me -> iCloud [i didn't have much choice... ]

now, am i being dumb or has the "idisk" feature gone?

i used to work on the idisk on my macbook desktop - saving files merrily in office etc. and then open them on my work computer by browsing the sync'd idisk on there.... can you still do this, albeit in a different way or has apple done away with this?

seems to me you can only use iWork and backup now?

Correct.

I would move over to some other solution. Something like Google Drive, Microsoft Sky Drive, Dropbox or any other cloud storage.

the sons of female dogs.....

that was one of the only real reasons i was using mobile me... it was dead easy to save to one drive, sync and then open the files on another computer...

every other feature was dog toffee..... cheers for that. i'll sort something else out now... that really is a kick in the shorts.
