Mobile Me Personal Domain

I have a domain not in use at the moment so i thought i would try using it with mobile me. I have obtained this domain with 1&1 and i input my domain being Mattitude.Me.uk but it says its not valid?

I then looked further to what apple support said and they were saying stuff about the CNAME in the control panel where your domain is held. what should i be saying as my CNAME?

You can only host your website with mobileme.

You cannot get email with custom domain ([email protected]). You can forward all your mail to your [email protected]
