Some phones are lacking in the ability to attach lanyards as do not have any loops

Does anything like super strong small double sided stick pads exist that have a loop or something on?

I would like to fit a lanyard to my phone for nights out so it doesn't fall out my pocket or anything

You'd be better off grabbing a high impact case with a lanyard strap here. SGS2 had an ingenious lanyard setup alas, but without a removal back cover I see why Apple don't replicate.

You're more likely to see these on Asian origin phones because they attach charms to their phones (requires you to be under 16 and like boybands) as a fashion statement.

There was one where you replace one of the bottom screws with a small hook/attachment thing.

edit: found it http://www.sunsky-online.com/view/218202/Lanyard+Screw+for+iPhone+4+4S++iPhone+5.htm

Nice, what does it screw into though?

I have also found this - http://gizmodo.com/5989232/secure-your-iphone-5-with-this-easy-to-install-tether-loop

Netsuke lanyard hook

However this may be a cheaper and better idea

'Hey, for a lot less than $20 you can install an eyelet screw in one of the speaker holes and thread a cable tie through it to strap your phone to your wrist.'

The my Bunjee look rubbish and I dont want a fat rubber band across my phone.
I would not be too happy taking my phone to pieces un-screwing things to fit stuff.

I have come up with my own free solutions - A good-ish quality clear case (adopted - £20 from most apple stores) which I always use and make a small hole in the bottom right corner then found a small keychain ring (mine from a USB stick)

Either that or a 3.5mm jack is more than enough to stand a drop. (Just need a way of fitting something on the end of it) With the keychain ring you can fit anything you want and doesn't mess up the case or phone

Will that not scratch / mark the phone over time?

I wouldn't have thought anything would need taking apart with that screw in loop, literally just remove the old screw and put the new one straight in, don't fiddle with anything else
