Mobile Sempron 1.8ghz vs Pentium-M 1.4ghz?

Im looking at buying a laptop and im stuck between these two processors.

Does anyone know which one would be the quicker?

I would guess at the PM.

pentium m, would be quicker.

But if their 2 different makes of laptop look at the build quality of them both.

This is what made me buy hp pav. with sempron 3100+ instead of a dell with a pentium m.
