Mobile Sempron 3000 to Turion MK36?

Hey guys, just wondering how much of a performance boost i would notice if i switched laptops and went from a mobile sempron 3000 to a AMD turion MK36.

They are both single core but the MK36 is 64 bit.

Would it be worth the upgrade?
 
Well for an extra £36 i can get a turion TL-50 X2 @1.6GHz added. Is it worth getting the upgrade?
