hi guys just a quick one, when i sync my notes from my iphone to my mac i cant seem to find where they are synced to? there is no notes application on the mac?

They aren't synced to an application, just backed up.

You can't sync notes, not officially anyway.
Submit a feature request to Apple and hope they add it
